Jaid and Kelly are wellness professionals with over a decade’s worth of experience between the pair. They both currently coach at Soho Strength Lab in NYC. They graduated with their degrees in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University in 2018 and have been working in the field since.

Jaid, a seasoned professional with nearly a decade of experience spanning corporate wellness, wellness coaching, and personal training. With a genuine passion for the human side of coaching, Jaid recognizes his clients’ complexities and meets them where they are at.

Kelly, a professionally trained chef who honed her skills in health-supportive culinary arts at the Institute of Culinary Education. With a background in corporate wellness, personal training, and group exercise, Kelly brings a unique perspective to her work. Currently, she thrives in the pastry department, forever on a quest to prove that indulging in cake can indeed be part of a healthy lifestyle.
